LISTEN TO THE WORDS OF THE P:

Isn't this how the world is these days?
Is this all we aspire to?
My kids love Big Brother!
What is happening to us?

And the thing is Mr P - the TV seems to think that every bleedin' show needs a celebrity version.

I, for one, knee jerk the switch of button as soon as Celebrities are mentioned.

I, for one, are bored witless by these bleedin' witless goons on my Goggle Box.

EEEEEEEEEEEE! Speak not to me of Big Brother! Never in my entirety have I seen such a vapid bunch of ridiculous and shallow wannabes! Steer well clear - this is brain rotting stuff!!!!

Yea Yea Yea! We love you Mr Pineapples. I too hate Big Brother and this celebrity, star struck society, in which we live.
I've written a soppy little yarn for you to read on my site...Hope you enjoy it !

Very depressing.

This is the country whence came common law, Shakespeare and the Spitfire.

I'm a sink-comprehensive prole a tad over 40 and even I despair of such vacuity.

You should try living in America.
Or maybe not.
I mean really. Brittany Spears.
Need I say more?
I didn't think so.

Mr P - I'm watching BB as I type this. I can't help myself. I don't want to be a rock star I just want to relax after a crap day and switch off. I'm with your kids. No big deal.

My Dear P,
This is totally off topic, I'm afraid, but I am having horrendous problems with my blog - its been hijacked by a guy called Paul Masterson, and for the moment I can do nothing about it; my url has therefore changed - it is no longer lawminx.blogspot.com but minx610.blogspot.com, so you'll have to ammend your link to me, Im afraid!!
(*rushes off, stressed, to tell everyone else of this catastrophe*!!!)

Dear P Club

My kids like BigBro....and I must admit - it can be interesting to follow the psychology of the dynamic that is the social experiment of BB.

Otherwise it's utter inane bollocks. Not one of those folk talks about anything other than they way they look, flirting, smoking, farting and who is evil and who isnt evil.

Skinny - do they have it in Ozz? I cant imagine any air heads over there - so perhaps they cant find the contestants.

Trubes - I will be visiting your site soon.

Kevo - in my school we had a permanent police attendance. I thought that was normal - until I moved to the country and discovered it wasnt.

Moony - Britney - is she still alive?

Blogyourmamma - so that's where my kids have been. Can I have them back now please.

Minxta - why would anyone want to hyjack a blog? How did this come about? Nice to see you back.

My dear P,

I have NO idea why anyone would want to do such a VILE thing, except out of spite. Still, i can carry on blogging elsewhere, though I will have to consider ways in which to make the blog secure - this may mean opening it to 'invited readers only', but I really dont want to do that..... :(

hard hitting .. I haven't ever watched a single episode of this series (BigB), but I believe this is the same one where one of the Indian "Celebrity" participated ... P the aspirations and all have changed. I have already started feeling very old and stupid when I see the kids these days ... I am not saying the change is for good or bad but then the change is so radically different from wht our previous generation must have seen ... I would be happy if the kids amidst all this is able to keep their value - chain intact ... dont know if I can expect anything more

The Indian lady in BB was the best contestant we've ever had: bright, intelligent and full of grace - well that's what the SUN said anyway.

I am finding that I'm watching BB now - to show solidarity to my kids.

I've borrowed this post, if you don't mind, Mr P.

Let me know if you want me to take it down.

Hello Mr. Pineapples.

I will not pretend to know much about, nor understand why people do such things. Perhaps the answer is simple in that it is human nature of this generation to degrade so that one feels better about oneself.

That said, I say, smile and love softly,

T

Kevo - me auld pal - "take it down"?

Like I give a monkey's willy!

Preach the word Bro

Ooooh

What a joy to have a class bird like "Inside our hands, outside our hearts" on The P site.

But all the gals in P Club are class.

That soft love.....hmmm....let me know some more.

Here's a suggestion i made back in January - Make Me A Monarch. members of the public, plus the existing royals compete in a combination of slug eating, singing, gunk-tank, big brother and any other rubbish pointless waste of valuable energy spent watching them to decide who becomes kind and queen in a public sing-off. Could be a winner

Hey Human Being - aint that last line supposed to rhyme?

Something like:

"really what is happening to us?
are we infected by a new virus?

this is the new world order
where our minds have got no border

media steer the wheel for us
and sure a rolling stone gathers no moss! ......and puss"

I think that works

human being said...
